Vidal's Old-Fashioned Burgers started with a belief that a burger doesn't need to be complicated to be exceptional. Just good meat, properly smashed, cooked on a hot griddle until the edges go crispy, and assembled with ingredients that actually taste fresh.

Located on N Lamesa Road in Midland, we've been serving our neighbors burgers made the old-fashioned way — by hand, by eye, and with more care than a fast-food joint would ever bother with. No frozen patties. No shortcuts. Just honest food done right.
